There are many forms of working out, but a lot of them are too intense for some people. Walking gets overlooked because it is something that we generally do every day, and you wouldn’t think that it would make too much of an impact physically. When most people want to do a cardio workout they turn to jogging. While jogging for 20 minutes equals the same amount of calories burned as walking for 50 minutes, walking is much less taxing on your body and will benefit you in the years to come.
