Performing Random Acts of Kindness has been a goal for many lately because it helps a stranger or a friend, and you also feel good as a result. There are no downsides to these actions, and there are many physical and mental benefits, too! Doing a Random Act of Kindness has proven to cause the body to release oxytocin (the “cardioprotective” hormone that lowers blood pressure), make people feel moral and optimistic, decrease social avoidance tendencies and increase relationship satisfaction in socially-anxious people, significantly increase positive moods and simply cause people to be happier overall. I think that this is one of the best things because it simply makes you feel so great and I have a list of some ideas for you:
