I have found the anti-inflammatory diet, designed by Dr. Weil, and believe that it is an effective way to prevent disease. Now keep in mind that this diet is not made for weight-loss (the reason for its lack of attention), but is meant to be followed for your lifetime to help you obtain your optimal health.
