Part of following the anti-inflammatory diet is making sure to get enough omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids are polyunsaturated fatty acids that can benefit your body in many positive ways. They can fight depression and anxiety, improve eye health, improve risk factors for heart disease, fight inflammation, improve bone and joint health, fight Alzheimer’s and even prevent cancer.
